Your data, your consent.
What we collect
When you send a form we collect your name, email, mobile number, and the other details on that form: organisation, designation, city, attendee type, days of interest, sponsorship interest, budget range, subject and message. We also use your connection's address briefly to limit spam.
Why we use it
To respond to you and to organise your participation in HR Futurescape 2026. We ask for your consent on each form, and send you a confirmation email.
Who sees it
The organising team at T-Knok Consultancy Services and its event partners, Anav Webtech and Vected Tech. We do not sell your details. Emails are sent through Microsoft 365. The site loads fonts from Google, which sees your connection's address.

Your rights

Speakers and delegates
A person's photo and details are published only with their written consent, and removed if they ask.
Cookies
The public pages set no cookies. The organisers' sign-in uses one cookie.
Terms of use
Event details may change as the programme is confirmed. Sending a form does not reserve a place and is not a contract or a payment. No card data is collected. Names, photos and logos belong to their owners.
